Patrick brings over 25 years of experience in mortgage banking, with the majority of those years focused on secondary marketing, capital markets and finance. Prior to joining Rushmore, Patrick held several positions including Senior Vice President - Capital Markets in his twenty-year tenure with Franklin American Mortgage Company/Citizens Bank. With extensive knowledge of fixed income and equity markets as well as retail, wholesale and correspondent lending channels, he helped build a $40B servicing portfolio from scratch and helped facilitate the sale of a private mortgage company to a large publicly traded bank for $511MM. Tracey has over 35 years of mortgage banking experience. She began in the industry in 1982, as a real estate paralegal. She serviced a clientele, which included people who had difficulty obtaining refinances.
